You know (@)thibault, creator of lichess, full time developer and more. Did he code it so he has lifetime patron or did he donate to his own site?
If he did donate then was he taxed?
And if a devs/mods are paid and they also donate, and if they get their money aren't they taxed?
Oh yeah, I’m sure @/thibault spends his evenings donating to himself just so he can wake up and say, ‘Wow, can’t wait to get taxed for my own generosity.’ Truly living the dream :D
