really? i figured you had to be u14 with a fide rating that low(no offense im lower)... also then what rating is it for if not 2200+?

It is for any rating, and i got it when i was seven, and back then i had no elo

when you are seven years old you are under 14 years old sir

i think thats because 7 is less than 14, or maybe he means that 7 year old competes in a different bracket than u14, like u10 or something
