BUG report; I lost a game, but my opponent only had a bishop?

As far as I know, if your opponent only has a knight or bishop, then it's impossible for them to win. So even though I ran out of time, the game should have ended in a draw:

Clearly I have a King and 3 pawns vs His king and Bishop... It's really shocking that Lichess gave him the win.
"Time out, Black is victorious" You ran out of time.
It is theoretically possible for black to win because white has pawns. For example white make two white squared bishops with their pawns, and place them in g8 and h7. White place its king in h8 and then black bishop goes somewhere on the a1-h8 diagonale : it is checkmate !
When you run out of time, you fail to demonstrate that you can avoid that.
Somebody needs to make a helpmate AI for explaining this. Maybe they could use @Sarg0n 's brain as a model?
