what am I doing wrong. I cant comment on the articles without logging through facebook or google +. I have an account on Lichess, why it's not enough?
The blog post comment section uses Disqus, which is not associated with lichess.
#2 : That being said, there's clearly already a system in place for commenting on things. I'm typing in it right now. It doesn't seem like it'd be too hard to migrate that over, although I suppose it's one of those "What do I know?" scenarios.
I wonder they're just using Disqus so that people won't make a lichess account just to comment on a blog post, perhaps skewing their statistics a bit.
#3 There probably was a reason to go with Disqus, but I don't know the reason; it wasn't on lichess yet when the blog came to exist.
