Honoring a person

Is it possible to somehow honor a very nice player who was my opponent? Because he was helpful and behaved properly when he lost against to me.
I know it's a strange request because it was a rare moment, but I want to meet more people like this.

I subscribe for this. Right before closing down my account for the endless stream of cheaters I get, I would like to thank for those less than 1% for being real sportsmen.

You're gracious to a fault, Snowman!

A reputation score, where you can freely give reputation (after you reach a reputation threshold) but have to pay with your reputation to decrease others (same stack overflow mechanism) may be a great way to spot bad player (bad from a fair-play standpoint).

For example:
The user should be allowed to cast a vote only once per match, and only if the match endure at least N moves.
Same stack overflow loop mechanism, to prevent reputation farming should be applied.
That said, if work for them (stack overflow) why should not work properly here?

Wasn't that an episode of "The Orville"?

I really don't know. It's just messianics of stack overflow, a question answers site based on reputation.

You are lucky to get one of those rare ones who abide by the spirit of the game.

Meanwhile, I also thought that a counter (badge) would appear on your profile if a player awarded you. Of course, this thing would have no advantage, only on your profile people would see how sportsmanlike and fair a person is.

And if, say, you receive a report, or it is confirmed that someone is a toxic player, or similar, then his counter drops to zero (if he received honor at all). Well, of course, you wouldn't be able to collect such points for a certain period of time. I don't know if this kind of idea could increase the motivation for people not to rage-quit or write nasty things to others.

But maybe it would be worth introducing this as well. What do you think about this?
