I suggest joining a local chess club and playing regularly under long time controls over the board as an effective way to improve in chess.
Also chess clubs may have libraries of chess books, strong players who can help improve, and some big chess tournaments.
It is better hiring a coach who is a strong player from a local chess club than someone you find online.

I'm probably not the person you should ask for training advice^^
Tactics are great but maybe you should go for a book. There are enough out there for your strength which aim to get your level higher.
Otherwise I'd say the poster above me has also pointed the right way.
I appreciate the advice. I kind of play in a local club, actually guys in a park who play for money. But they aren't interested in long post-game discussions, and with OTB games you don't have a record of the moves. I like lichess because of the game analysis.

Any books in particular to recommend?
