Be careful to not drop your pawns! In moves 22 and 33 you gave up your pawns for free. Also when your opponent is launching attacking in your kingside it is often good idea to not push the pawns in front of your king.
You play too fast. Take time to think. At the very end you had 1.20 of your 10 minutes left useless on your clock.

It all takes time and practice to reach your potential. I am guilty of playing too quickly. I've started playing 10 minute tournaments and take my time. My results are more consistent. Keep playing and keep learning. I know it's easy to say but you are going to lose games ... just fewer of them eventually.
