How do I stop laughing out loud when I am winning?

As in a small geeky laugh or a loud roaring evil-genius laugh?
In either case the cure is easy: Play a few games with your wife.
I can picture a couple of ways to do so based on some schools of thought:

The buddhist way:

Realize that desire is the root of all the problems you are facing, train yourself in meditation for the next years, let go, shave your head, understand that crushing your opponent is only an illusion of your ego. Feel how the universe flows inside you, feel joy in the game itself. Get some colorful clothes. Become a Grandmaster. Kick asses in Kung fu.

The existentialist way:

Read books by Albert Camus, get kinda depressed as you realize that your life is to move a rock from the bottom of a mountain to its top forever just to eventually face your imminent death. Understand that life itself is absurd, embrace it. Realize that crushing somebody in chess is just absurd since it is meaningless. Show off how smart you are for understanding a bit of philosophy. Buy a Teddy bear, cry during the nights.

Freud's way:

Realize you're laughing to deal with your Oedipus complex, notice how you only laughed when you were killing his king in an expression of a deep unconscious desire for killing your father. Get a psychoanalyst. See him twice a week for the next 5 years.

The easy way:

Go to the bathroom and laugh.
I know where you're coming from, because it gets pretty exciting when you're winning against someone OTB, especially if you know that they're generally better than you. I've never played an OTB tournament myself, but I occasionally play the best guy in my local club and I might win 1 out of 5 times, but that one time makes me want to smile in the middle of the game.

I would try to follow @White_Queen_1990's advice, just put yourself in their shoes and try to imagine how they would feel if they were watching you try and control your laughter. Respect for the person you're playing should always be present, no matter the result of the game.
