Can someone tell me why rook is allowed to take bishop when in fact bishop can escape?
From the lines I see with assistance itself suggests the king strafing to queen's gambit prone square.

If black moves the bishop white takes the pawn on g6 with check and threatening the black queen on f6 with whites queen on f2
