Are the players who play the hippo exclusively the same person?

I came upon this site about a year ago where I recall the same 3+0 blitz casual games being played with a low rating. Have you ever interacted with them? What's their incentive to stay on the same thing for so long?

Its a fairly simple opening for new players and since they are not very good at tactics, they usually fianchetto both bishops
and let white take the center and the initiative but since they are playing against other lower rated players the hippotamus is a hard defence to attack
