for me as always 1800->2200 range rated player always meet dark system player with joined 7 years ago and 40k+ games. They normally range 1450->1600. They are way 100x stronger than 1700->1900 rated user. Normally I got checkmated by 1450->1600 easily in blitz and rapid. Somehow now they deploy 2100 rated player as 2300 rated player dark system now

It's normal if 5 lose streak but...10+ losing streak is so ridiculous. I checked most of the profiles and some of them are under 1600 in blitz and rapid but 2000 in bullet. There is another guy played like 2200 rating with fast thinking and best move overall without blunders or mistakes

On somedays, you might perform worser than your rating. On some other days, you might perform better. It is pretty common among chess players.
It's pretty weird that I got 10+ losing streak against any opponent and I'm not 1600 in blitz or rapid.
If you lose 10 games in a row again ~2000 rated opponents, it doesn't mean that your rating is 1600. It is just that over the span of the 10 games, you had a lower perfomance rating than 2000.

They might be better at faster timecontrols, and usually bullet ratings are inflated compared to blitz ratings.
