Powerful countries can do anything. Yesterday it was Iraq, today it is Venezuela and Ukraine. Whose turn is it?

The US is bombing Caracas without declaration of war. The US president is claiming in a social media post that the Venezuelan president has been kidnapped. Solidarity with the Venezuelan people.
Since most Venezuelians are against Maduro and supported Trump's military operation, I'm not entirely sure whose side you're on.

Indeed, that is exactly like Ukraine. Or like Iraq, for the oil ressources Venezuela is sitting on.
But soon you'll see a bunch of trolls justifying it in the name of "war on drugs", which is about as honest as Putin's excuse of "denazifying" Ukraine.
Ah, I see now which side you are in. And, I disagree with you.
Is the US military on Venezuelan soil? No.
Is any part of Venezuela occupied by the US? No.
Is the US destroying cities and killing civilians in Venezuela? No.
Is the US forcibly removing children from Venezuela? No.
Is the US claiming that Venezuela doesn't exist? No.
Has the US claimed any part of Venezuela as its territory? No.
This operation has nothing in common with Russia's criminal war in Ukraine.
Period.

You sound like it's okay for US to kidnap another country's president.

Well, yes, because it is okay in this particular case.
You can't intentionally kill people who have done nothing, but you can punish people who are criminals. Don't you agree?
And by the way, Maduro wasn't really president, since he lost elections in 2024, but refused to give power and pretended that he won. Almost no other countries recognized him as leader of Venezuela (see the map below).
The map
He is no different from an ordinary criminal who is punished for his crimes.

If this was true for the Trump administration, they should've already arrested Putin and Netanyahu for war crimes, yet they have not.
So we liberated Venezuela from a dictatorship. What's next? The last time we attempted to control another country that was suffering under a dictatorship was Iraq in 2003, and that failed miserably. Is Trump going to actually improve the wellbeing of Venezuelans, or is he merely going to try and profit off the Venezuelan oil industry?

Okay. US didn't do this for oil, but to overthrow a dictator. Sure, just like how they invaded Iraq because it allegedly had weapons of mass destruction. Hmm, I wonder which country actually has the most weapons of mass destruction.
