There are so many well established places to watch chess Live on-line it would maybe be better to offer links to tournaments presented in nice way :)

I deleted my post at #2 because I didn't want to give an implied message that it will be coming back too soon, but at the moment having the relay run on FICS data, which is really borked, is impossible.
