No rating Gain!

I just played a rated bullet game with a player 21 points above my rating, and won the game on time. Yet, I did not gain any rating at all. Could someone please help me with this?

Considering that it's happening to so many people with accounts in good standing, I'd assume that it's a temporary server issue.
