Increment for antichess arenas

I'd like to suggest adding increment for the hourly (and possibly daily etc.) antichess arenas. Currently they are played with 1+0, 2+0 and 3+0. I'd probably keep the 1+0 time control, but replace the longer ones with a time control with increment.

Reasoning: it happens way too often that you end up with a drawn endgame (e.g. K vs. K or different colored bishops) and people keep playing for long time just to win on flag. Antichess endgames are often a lot more complex than normal chess and can drag on for quite a while.

All the popular community organized tournaments I know use an increment:
* Antichess World Championship 2+5 lichess.org/blog/XXd0ixAAACAAiIR3/announcing-the-2019-antichess-world-championship
* "Elite Antichess Tournaments" 1+3 lichess.org/team/elite-antichess-tournaments
* "World CUP" 1/4+5 lichess.org/team/flo-antichess
* "Lichess Antichess League" 5+5 lichess.org/team/lichess-antichess-league

What would be the requirement for changing the time controls, e.g. how many players would have to agree with that? Would be happy to organize a survey and distribute it among the regular anti players.

FYI: @UltimateSuperPlayer @RexIustus @RealNP @godgambit
Absolutely, @marcelj said it all.

For example a player with 1 min on the clock can easily flag a player with 10 seconds left on the clock despite the game being drawn in theory
Depends on the position @RealNP but yes if 2 experienced players are playing the one with 1 min has the advantage but if you can't do any tricks it doesn't really matter how much time is left, you can premove everything and draw easily. Personally I think the hourly's are fine as is.
Maybe we can just add a daily tournament with increment to see how popular it is?

I enjoy hard time limits (0 inc) but think that auto drawing non-winnable positions would be desirable.
The best clock time for me is 3+2 in every variant
I really like the idea of adding increment for antichess arenas. Time control really matters. I'd love to have the same tournament scheme for antichess as for crazyhouse. The only suggestion would be to replace (1+0),(1+0) by (1+0),(0+1) or (1+0),(1/2+0)
Personally, I prefer the X+Y time controls where X+Y ≥ 4 and X ≥ 3. So 3+2, 4+0, 5+0 are all good. Unfortunately, there's currently only one tournament a month with such time control.

A few facts:
* According to database.lichess.org , antichess is the most popular variant at the moment.
* According to the statistics of the most recent shield arenas, the average game length in both crazyhouse and antichess is about 50 moves.
#7 Caveat: antichess games can be very short, so I imagine crazyhouse has more minutes played than antichess.
#8
Counter caveat 1: crazyhouse has twice as many official tournaments, and some tournaments do have increment.
Counter caveat 2: the shortest mate (Fool's mate) in crazyhouse requires 2 moves. The shortest win in antichess requires 13 moves.
I stand with Antichess community here.

Somebody likes increment somebody not. Also idea, what about 1+0,1+0,2+0,3+0 series and then 1/2+2, 0+3, 2+1, 3+2.

We can have more types of hourly tournament, not just 3.
