I've used and older version of scratch, and it is pretty impressive to make a server using that. I didn't even know that it could do network connections now. That said, possible to do is not the same as reasonable to do, and no reasonable person would use scratch for anything faintly complex. Bragging about making a server using scratch is fairly equivalent to bragging about making a server while wearing mittens, or running a marathon while wearing stilts.
