Inviting people for becoming Directors of the team...

I am the main leader in a 2500 members team for 5 months already, and I managed a 1k members team about an year ago.
I have plenty of experince with teams, and the teams that I managed were playing in 12 hour team battles daily, and did some great achivments, when I was managing, calling players and doing team messages COMPLETELY ALONE. I am also avilable to manage the team any time, I can talk in lichess or whatsapp 24\7, so if there is an emergency I can come ASAP. I also have strong friends that I can bring to the team to be like players, and I am also a strong player myself, making my help count.

@Hot_VS_Cold cool how about you be one of our General leaders managing the main leader's and Back up leaders then if the president feels you are really dedicated we will make you leader in WAF team....

@ArITrA_SaHa6905 i think for now there should be just director role it can be confusing at first if we have different roles that not clear what they gonna do.. so im thinking climbing up system for our directors.. all candidates will start as directors then will be voted to climb up in hierarchy... what do you think?

@owlie_sel yes i have kept that option too but not voting we will select that and for managing like informing everyone we need someone leading them nah ?

Let's say we divide our groups for lmao and gp so 2 teams amongst directors one will focus on lmao one on GP
