Hello, this is mom of neelypeely here. when sharing the weekly tournament link with my son, i accidentally clicked it and it opened on my phone. I closed and then shared the link and he logged in with his regular device and he was not able to join. later I got to know from the coach that it could be because of the unintentional opening on two devices and he sent me the link for appealing.. I deny the having used the outside help and then there is no text box to write my appeal.. after searching the forums, found a tip to wait for a minute for the text area to appear.. It did appear after a minute, but closes immediately without letting me type anything.. So now I dont know how else to file for appeal . I tried all devices and all my browsers and still I wasnt able to write the appeal. Please fix the text box area and also please remove the restriction on my sons account..
lichess.org/appeal should work..
lichess.org/appeal does not work, there is no text area for me too, it just blinks for a second and dissapears. I've tried on several browsers, and the same issue persists.
