My Chess Journey

I am Elena from Virginia, United States. I started playing chess 6 years ago, but I was not that interested in it much. Then, I had a chess coach about 8 months ago. Now, I am VERY interested in chess. I also have some goals to reach.

Elena-Chess's goals:

Play a master
Beat a master
Beat @szefru
Improve in chess by a lot
Become a master, maybe even a world champion

I have a LOT of goals in chess, but my main ones are to improve, and hopefully, to become a master. My chess coach is @Alexander_Da_Gr8, an amazing person!

I also wrote a chess poem called"Losing a Piece"

You lose a pawn, move on
You lose a knight, go fight
You lose a bishop, don't give up
You lose a rook, don't look
You lose a queen, your opponent is mean
You lose a king, your opponent sha'll be punished!!!

"A great way to have fun is to lose and learn" Elena S. I believe that you're never losing when you are learning.
I will be posting a LOT of chess, tactics, strategy, openings, endgames, puzzles, sacrafices, etc.
