depends on the game. if its against a player rated around me, I'm neutral, little bit happy. if I hit a milestone, very happy and will probably take a break on that variant for a while lol. if its against a lower rated player, neutral. if it's against a higher rated player, also really happy. ofc, sometimes I just feel relieved when I win a game in otb, since its insanely stressful.

Usually I can't fully believe that I win.
I feel like I didn't achieve my goal its just a way tom reach my goal
If I won due to an opponent's blunder I feel relieved
If I won due to finding a tricky and/or fun tactic I feel big brained
