Defense against 1.d4

I play then the modern Benoni or whatever happens out of it - many opponents can't handle the positional game comes out of that. But now I feel I got to the Rating-Range where opponents have no problem against Benoni.
I still play it - but I'm a positional Player - maybe others won't like that.

And @Dario19503 explains me often many ways to respond and not to go for Benoni - but I'm not ready for his level and don't understand it - or I'm just to lazy to learn more. But thanks to Dario anyway!
@KingThisPawn It's been a while since we've had a study session... and regarding your Benoni approach, you might be interested in playing Benko (Volga) gambit in the Benoni. It comes with a cost of a pawn though.
@TheRoyalPlayer
I always play Benoni against d4 and generally A43 Old Benoni Defense sometimes the Modern Benoni. I also feel playing d5 against d4 a bit boring and hence Benoni though Nf6 a good option and in fact the best reply.
@Dario19503 Could be a good idea to add QGD or NID in my repertoire but I'm also thinking that my problem is that I play too much blitz and also I spend too much time on openings so I know many openings but superficially, while I should spend the time studying middle game and endgame and improving tactics and calculation skills. I've always thought this but I get stuck at the starting point that is the choice of my definitive repertoire.
polish up your dull d4 response and make it sparkle with the polish defense
As long as white finds the position at least as boring as you do, you're fine. :p

If you don't like being cramped, go for the Tarrasch or the Nimzo Indian.
