It's all social engineered garbage, that one hopes will fade away eventually like some of the other garbage is starting to gradually. :).

First remove all feminist garbage. like patriarchy and gap pay .
Secound accually listen to male problems and not finding a techinque to make them look bad for saying that.

Yes, ending patriarchy and the pay gap would be a good start towards equality.

Biologically, men and women are built for different social roles (men fight while women nourish). Capitalism uses this to its advantage of discrimination of further separating women and men leading to divides such as pay gaps - men more desirable for leadership roles as they don't have to carry children therefore more stable.
Something like that...

Men "vs." women? In what way? I know plenty of men and women who get along just fine.
And "the patriarchy" ?
Let me go check a calendar. I don't think it's 1960 but let me recheck.
Been to a university lately? Are women preparing for highly paid careers actually rare? Check the student body of a random law school or medical school. It might prove encouraging.
Indeed, I even just checked a very high-level engineering school, of all places -- women are approaching half the student body there, according to the website. that's terrific!
I hope no young women become discouraged or feel that they can't succeed. Women can and often do succeed. Optimism is a valuable trait, I believe.
