How do it?
first go to that account name and then click the name. if you see that person's game graph then there will be an option somewhere on the above part of the graph. click on it and you will see a variety of options. choose the 'watch games' one. if you can't click on that name or there is no graph or anything, then either lichess would have permanently closed that account or there is some connectivity issue in your system. if you don't find any connectivity issue, then you can go to the lichess website and find a solution to your problem.

You used to be able to search their games but now you cannot.
That can hurt those where someone creates an account and cheats then closes it before lichess closes it for them. Although you may still be able to appeal for rating-refund.
