Premoves: How about giving unlimited Premoves as opposed to 1 per turn?

Chess.com already does it, and if we are to fully settle the debate between chess.com & lichess -- then I believe we should make unlimited premoves.

are you in love with chess.com or lichess.org ?

lichess.org for sure! If you look through my message history, I have said in 7 languages that Lichess is for GigaChads.

It’s brought up quite frequently. On Lichess, premoves don’t “cost” time at all, so you can deliver checkmate or otherwise finish off the game in well under 1 second:

If there were multiple premoves, they’d become unbalanced and essentially take mouse dexterity off the equation.

And indeed, that's what we want in chess, being able to win a GM in a drawn position in a bullet just because we can click faster than him. That's the idea or is it? That's when the limiting factor in your rating is your mouse pad that you feel it's time to move to another cadence or to practice more exercices? All this questioning arising from the limited premove function. Slightly frustrating when you look at famous chess streamers on youtube. But, to be honest, despite the fact this topic "is brought up many times on Lichess", I didn't find in the forum or elsewhere a policy message explaining why the limitations? Do Lichess want to copy the real world or be different from the other one? Do they just find it difficult to implement it to the game? I'm curious to know the answer (that I could not find, sorry).

Or maybe (I had to check TOS first) one can consider to write its own chrome extension script to do so (unlimited premove).
I have noticed that this community is quite closed to changes, so I don't put much hope in improvements or new features adoptions.

I like the idea of "do it yourself if anybody else won't help". But, two points go with it: 1- share it with the community as Lichess's purpose is to help chess to be promoted and chess players to get better, it's not your personal chess trainer, 2- in the ToS, I have noticed: "Cheating - We prohibit the use of any external assistance used whilst a game you are involved in is ongoing, which has the effect of improving your knowledge, calculation ability, or otherwise gives you an unfair advantage over your opponent." And, to my opinion, multiple premoves provide unfair advantage (such as a better mouse or internet connection but it's a different story :p). So, again, it would have to be shared throughout the community.

I can't stand multiple pre-moves in a bullet. If the opponent has entered a good series of pre-moves, the only thing left to do is to lose time on each move or to lose time thinking how to interrupt this series. Multiple pre-moves are nonsense. How can you imagine multiple pre-moves in real life? In chesscom they are also implemented terribly, after a couple of pre-moves you don't understand what position is in front of you.

Doesn't such an extension violate the TOS rules? Weren't they banned when was banned keyboard extensions?

Agreed. That's what I said.. such extension would violate the ToS (the one indicated in my message). That's why this could only work as a deep change from Lichess and not individual players finding their way through chrome extension.
Regarding the multiple premoves itself, I have never used it (you can see how often I use Chess.com) but seen various times on Youtube and it looked quite fun actually. Many times, I know what I should do to win but my opponent won't let me do it just because I automatically lose time after a check and I lose on time on a winning position with sometimes 3 seconds more than my opponent at the beginning of the sequence. (I do not count how many times this has happened..). So, If I could eventually played maybe one more premove, I would surely improve considerably my victory rating in such games. I do not ask for more. In any cases, I prefer to lose on time thinking than to lose because someone is faster to check (most of the time sacrificing a rook..). I would prefer that my ELO ratings comes from my thinking rather than my ability to use my mouse. Regarding the "we don't do this in real life", well, well, I would take my most philosophical look and tell you about the evolution of the game and what brings popularity to the game. I would also point out that nobody clicks on the clock once he has played..
