The best orchestral instrument

There is two right answers, I’ll give you a hint, NOT the violin

There is two right answers, I’ll give you a hint, NOT the violin

The guy standing on a platform, struggling to gesticulate with a baton in his hand.

What do you want? Numerous rehearsals have worn him down so mentally that he's forced to use a baton to give orders.

All this because of the viola players' plots who sabotage the rehearsals, the proud violinists who ignore the viola players' protests, the clarinetists who search for the lost duck, followed in their marvelous quest by the horns who, in an unexpected burst of generosity, bring back not one, but the whole flock of ducks ! At that moment, the oboe, an unfortunate swan, is annihilated by the quacking of the bassoons.

Fortunately, as precise as a drunken hunter, here is the timpanist. On the lookout, sleeping on his instrument during 70% of the last movement, before shifting ten bars and catching up by settling on the cymbals (which do not play at all in the piece).

The double bass players, having nothing to do in a Mozart symphony, decide to throw themselves into the battle and succeed in the feat of covering the entire string section and the cellos included, who did not take their scores on the day of the concert.

Understand it, to be a conductor is a sacrifice for music cause.

How dare you! The two RIGHT answers were the viola and cello. And viola players are much better than violin players fyi.

2 best orchestral instruments?

Viola!

Crushed with that huge hammer from Mahler's 6th

By the way, a viola is not an oversized violin, the violin is a shrimpy viola. The viola was first so it gets special rights

the cello, because it can play notes high and low, versus the violin that can only play in the treble clef or the bass that can only play mostly in the bass clef.

Violists are never well tuned. If you put two violists next to each other and ask them to play the same note together, you get a harmonic divorce, that is, a cluster

The best orchestral instrument is obviously the electric keyboard. It doesn't need feeding and won't cry when you scream at it

Maybe the string family instruments, but I'm not going to Harp on it. :).
