Scandinavian Declined lines

I play the Scandinavian with black vs 1. e4 (1. d5) and I've had a lot of success with it when they accept but I honestly haven't had the most success when they decline it either with 2. e5 or 2. Nc3, etc.
Any advice on how to deal with these responses? There isn't a whole lot of data for these lines on Lichess or Chess.com that I've seen. I'm around a 1500 rated player.
Thanks
Against 2. Nc3 I like 2...d4, then either 3. Ne2 e5 or 3. Nd5 e6 4. Nf4 e5. Against 2. e5 I like 2...d4, and most common is 3. f4 c5 4. Bc4 Nc6. These are fine for Black. Other White declines are better for Black, such as 2. Qe2 de 3. Qxe4 Nf6, or 2. d3 de 3. de Qxd1+, or 2. Nf3 de 3. Ng5 Nf6 4. Bc4 e6.
1.e4 d5 2.Nc3 dxe4 3.Nxe4 Qd5! 4.Nc3 Qd8
1.e4 d5 2.e5 c5! you have better version of french defence. Then you bring your light squared Bishop either to f5 or g4. Depends on the position. After bringing out the Bishop you play e6. Watch out the Repertoire by John Bartholomew on Chessable! See the link above (#3).
There‘s hardly any good way to „decline“ 2.exd5. I think the opening tree will resolve all minor problems.
