im suggesting him/her to make a new account as it is showing that he/she had violated the account so making a diff account will allow them to play

they violated the rules which is why lichess isn't letting them play, making a new account would fix that but lichess doesn't want that, if you broke the rules and cheated then that's the punishment you don't get to play anymore, but if you didn't cheat and u think the ban was a mistake, or if you want to say sorry and ask for a second chance go to lichess.org/appeal but don't make a new account and play without permission, they will find out and ban that account too
