What are some opening for White and Black that I can play against any opening?

And much better if it will lead to an open position. Because I love playing openings in open position.

I'm just telling you that I don't understand what does that mean.

Opening principles. You can use it as well and attack the center, opening it and the center is gone. ;)

there arent really any open system openings you can play against everything

and only playing system openings is a really bad aproach to chess in general

You can play the same against everything. Your score will even be the same in every game^^
