hysteria about cheating

@nayf
I agree very much with you. I just wanted to say, please check at least the game before you accuse someone. Even better check a few games. It's really too much when we always think that we played a cheater, just because we lost a game. Even more when you lose to a much better opponent.
By the way, weren't you the player asking for free material recently? I offered a lot (completely legal) in another post. Hope you have seen it.
Yes I was that person, and I think I did see your material if it was the FIDE stuff. Great material, thanks, although why can't these Slavs (mainly Russians) be modest enough to get English editors; also the notation is error-ridden.

About your false accuser, chances are he's just a sore loser who doesn't really want to know the truth. You get that sometimes, online and in life.

Yes, that's right and that is why I reported him for offending me. Although I don't know if they really take action in such cases. That would be a good idea for another post, how to behave after a game and what kind of benefits you may get from polite behaviour. I could tell a lot from my experiences in OTB chess.
For the other thing (chess material), can I send you a private message?
"For the other thing (chess material), can I send you a private message?"

By all means. Is there a message function here?
I'm sure you will find it. You just received a nice message.
i think those people who let the clock run out in a loosing position are worse than those who accuse others for cheating, and whats worse is when they come back to a game, make a move then go away.
Cheaters are out there and that's to be expected so no big deal except when I am in a tournament and SEEM to run into several cheaters close together. Now maybe they were cheaters or maybe they were playing the games of their lives....maybe. But it's at this point I get frustrated because no one who truly loves the game would cheat. I'm quite sure lichess does what they can but cheaters can cheat only at certain times, moves, games, etc. so there is no perfect way to catch them unless they are just stupid about it. I must say I've noted that one is considerably more likely to play a cheater in a tournament than a random, single, rated game. So just know you have lots of company who just abhor cheaters and can sympathize.
To whom are you talking? This OP was about false accusations of cheating by sore losers, not cheating. I guess people freely associate here and write whatever us on their mind regardless of the topic.
lets look at it different.

somebody accuse you of cheating.
1: you did cheat. ---) he is right no problem
2: you did not cheat. he is saying you played a great game. You can thank him for the compliment. Thanking him for the compliment makes you feel good and most of the time your opponent fumes with anger and will be timed out for inappropriate language.
