This looks similar to Kasparov's famous stalemate

Satisfying 57 move game
There was a game, where white miscalculated position and blundered. Black (rated over 2000) in response resigned with over 4 minutes on clock. But Lichess made a nice puzzle from this.

Hogwash. Playing out a losing position shows a lack of respect and sportsmanship, even if you do chalk up a half point now and then. Is that what we play for? I would rather give you the half point, and start another game.
I could see it being disrespectful at higher levels. I see high level guys get a +3 lead and they are ready to make trades and work on the end game right away. Below 1000 rating, there is still plenty of room for errors to be made.
People seem to think, perhaps rightly, that they are entitled to their little guilty pleasures.
There are those who are happy dragging out games, possibly disrespecting opponents and chess itself.
Then there are those who actively look out for these (always abundant) "Never Resign" posts, just for the sheer satisfaction of permanently blocking the author.
I have amassed a large collection, I must confess...

You sure about that?

Maybe in an OTB you have a point, but in an online bullet game especially at the lower level, I don't agree with you. Even in OTB games, I have expirirenced miracles that I never would've thought happened, because I decided to play on. My point is that, if you are going to lose, then why not play it out for the small chance of a miracle?
