A.I. ratings at Lichess are inflated.
An AI level 3 plays like level 1 and AI level 1 plays like it had never seen chess.
For comparison AI level 8 plays like a 2300.

Maybe a drunk 2000 player?
Some players have their bad days, also who knows what could have happened, maybe a family member decided to play.

You played with stockfish level 5 and that's of course not stockfish's rating. Sometimes it plays blunder moves
