The stuff starts around move 8 that gets critical.
9 f3 was important to play I think or taking knight on c6. With the move g3 you are allowing black to play Ng4 attacking your lovely dark squared bishop. Black is equal or better after Ng4 and you really dont have an attack. What would have been nice to see from blacks side was punishing your g3 move with Ng4.
I don't think a fianchetto is calling in this game the bishop would be much nicer on d3 where it can aim at the black kingside.

12 was a blunder due to Nxd5.

After that was kinda pointless to analyse.

The critical spot was playing g3. It was pretty clear f3 or Nxc6 then f3 was calling. Intending to put the bishop on d3 and get a very serious attack going.

Something that would look like this is your ideal setup in those kinds of structures.

Something like that. Even more ideal is if the G and h files were open with bishop on e4 and queen on c2 but the setup above is very scary for black.

Also if you have a pawn on h4 and bishop on d3 you can sometimes sac your bishop on h7 followed by Nf5+ and mate soon to come with a queen and rook or just a queen on open file.
This concept is known as the greek gift.

Hope this helps a bit ;D
Sorry I did the analysis from whites Pov. I can make a black pov analysis too. Maybe you can learn a thing or two from what white should have done.

Also on g3 I would have played Ng4 attacking the white dark squared bishop leading to an advantage or equality.
#1 Sorry, but we can't see your notes because the notes are prived. Can you please copy and paste your anylisis in the game's chat?
6. Qe2 is the first move that caught my eye as looking out of place, what was your idea? Typically in this sort of position, you'll want to develop Bf1 to either Be2 of Bc4, the Queen sitting on e2 is in the way.

The idea of clearing moving out Bc1 to make way for 0-0-0 is a good idea, getting it out either to e3 or f4 first followed by Qd2 is a typical idea, White then threatens a pawn storm on the K-side which is hard to deal with as Black.
Yeh. Qe2 looked rather suspicious too but not sure black can do anything about it except trying to play on light squares since the light bishop is going to be misplaced or out of play. Also it seems too early to do anything direct.

f3 should have really been played to start the pawn storm and stop black from killing the dark bishop. f3 would be the most scary move if I was black around move 9 but nothing serious yet. You must be careful though playing the Philidor.
