@GGrkinic Lichess has "Teams" - a group of people usually lead by team leaders. A team has its own forum and the leaders can create various types of tournaments. Anyone can create a team. You contact the team leaders via Lichess's private messaging (see your inbox).

Hi,
I am a moderator of the Lonewolf league. This is one of the leagues you participated in most recently within the Lichess 45+45 community of leagues. In fact I was the moderator that was tasked with speaking to you about a particular issue with your behavior in the leagues. You didn't like our conversation and went on a bit of a tirade which concluded with a threat to cancel your Patron status on Lichess. I explained that the leagues and Lichess are not officially affiliated and that you were welcome to cancel your Patron status but that this had nothing to do with the conversation at hand.
Angry that your threat was powerless, you ranted some more and then concluded that you no longer wanted to participate in the league. You angrily told me that you were quitting and that I should deactivate your account because you didn't want to ever play in the leagues again. This wasn't the first time you had quit the leagues. In other instances you would eventually come back. This time, however, I had seen enough of your behavior and decided to grant your request. I deactivated your slack account and told the other mods that you would need to have a conversation with one of us before you could participate again.
One of our moderators reached out to you now about this issue. You completely ignored the purpose of the conversation and insisted that you were, once again, the victim in this situation. You also attempted to use your age as an excuse for not having to follow community rules on behavior and then blocked the moderator. I am not certain what you expect to occur as a result of this type of behavior, but it is clear to me that you are too immature to participate in any of our leagues.

It is very sad to see how people are arguing... Poor guy who is in such mood and seems do not understand that lichess is not a commercial organization but community of people and how it works and poor moderator who has to handle this situation...
I think conclusion should be the we all should never ever be angry - that doesn't help anybody.
