Lichess v2 is coming

Hi,if you are a designer and editor of the site Lichess then I urge you to add sound effects such as "Pentatonic" on the apk version of the game,I love to listen to Pentatonic and enjoy the Symphony of my moves....once I already wrote you about it but after my requests and plea came out 2 updates and there was no sound effects settings....please transfer sound effects such as "Pentatonic" to the phone version

You scared me. I was so upset until I read the magical words "Therefore, we're not going to change it." Looks good. Can't wait to see it live! Also, your chess CAPTCHA is awesome.

I apologize if I missed this, but I'm assuming the LiChess App is staying the same and will still be available. is that correct?

The new design looks good, but I definitely prefer the old chess pieces - can I keep them?

What about back/forward buttons being too close to the list of moves, in analysis editor? I accidentally select a random move too often, when going back and forth by a single move. Nobody else?

@mrcabbage103 I just tried with Firefox 57, it works well, so Gecko is not out of the game!

We already have different sound sets, click your username on top right.

The mobile app is not affected by the new website.

Everyone: You can come and try out a preview of v2 on lichess.dev.

It's a test website, not directly linked to lichess.org.
Not all the data from lichess.org is on lichess.dev are imported; many things, like forum posts, games, players are missing.
Your account might already exist on lichess.dev. Try to get a password reset. If it doesn't work, it means you'll have to create a new account just for lichess.dev. Email confirmation is not required.

Everything you do on lichess.dev will stay on lichess.dev. Search doesn't work there, it's normal. Stockfish is slow there, it's normal. It's just a little test server.

If you find bugs on lichess.dev *that don't exist on the current version on lichess.org*, you can report them here.

Or join my stream if I'm online at lichess.org/streamer/thibault and show us your bugs in the chat. Bonus point for a solid description and a screenshot.
