Allow team leaders to moderate chat within team arena events?

Team leaders can time out chats within the general team page, but not within team arenas. Being able to do this would be useful if things go awry (such as viewer arenas sometimes leading to cheating accusations or arguments over sportsmanship). I would understand if this was not technologically feasible because of it essentially duplicating a moderator function, but if possible, it would be handy.

Letting teams develop their own culture about what is allowed in team chat would be :thumbs-up: :a-ok:

I've witnessed the host having mod rights in the arena chat. I had come across some silly individuals in the past who abused this. I don't think it has changed in the meantime
