Why draw so quickly?

Please explain why this game was forced to a draw?

coz black doesn't know how to mate with a king and a rook

You payed the same move over and over 3 times.

@Leux_OW it's not 50 move rule because there was a capture on move 90. It's a draw by repetition because moves 99, 101, and 103 had the same position.

I mean it is kinda easy mating with king and rook
