1. With no headphones, sound is tied to the ringer volume, instead of to other sounds' volume. This is counterintuitive.
2. There is no sound whatsoever when headphones are plugged in, regardless of whether vibrate is on or off, or the level of "headphones" sound.
There have been other complaints here from others about sound on iOS over the months - please fix!
