What is the selection criteria for xxx tournament to be on Lichess Broadcast?

As title. What is the criteria that whether a tournament can be broadcasted or streamed on Lichess?

Can we have certain national or regional top-level tournaments on Lichess broadcast? Like the Chinese Chess League Division A Finals just ending days ago.

And, do the tournament holders reach for Lichess and apply for a broadcast, or reversed, Lichess reach out to local chess federations to ask for broadcast right?
Hello, did you have a look at lichess.org/broadcast/help ?

Lichess does reach out to some event's, but it's easier and better if they reach out to us and ideally with a broadcast allready created. The minimum requierment is really that we have the PGN from the event and that we know about it ( which is probably where this one " failed" ). I mean, you can look at the broadcast and get a good idea of what is already there.
Thanks. I see now. It means I should first contact the organizers to make the PGN myself, then ask for Lichess verification?
do not contact organizers on behalf of lichess
many sources have special conditions that not everyone can access (directly)

they have to contact us with the team directly
We can also contact the organizers, the problem may be that the event goes unnoticed by the team (which is not big) or does not respond to contact.

I am confused... can you have more explanation? I sure cannot on behalf of Lichess, but who should they contact if I find them?
Tournament organizers can email our Broadcast Team, if they would like us to broadcast their tournament: lichess.org/contact#help-contact-broadcast

You can also DM me and let me know which tournament we're talking about and I will see if we can get in touch with the organizers ourselves. Thanks!
