The harder you train the sooner. It's up to you, so just ask yourself.
This year you have only played 1 blitz game and 2 bullet games here. That is not the way to become a NM.
Last year you played some games where you resigned after 2 moves, where you left the game and so on. That was not the way to become a NM.

Request an analysis from the games you've played, examine and apply what you could've done differently. Books help too.
Are you playing OTB much or only online? Obviously there's overlap but OTB is just different. It's a different intensity. You can't expect that the skill you achieve playing online a lot will translate quickly or completely to OTB.
