At the moment, there are THREE Chess960 arena tournaments going on simultaneously - Fischer Random Chess Liga Team Battle (12 hours, 180 teams), Weekly Chess960 Battle (4 hours, 66 teams), and "Hourly" Chess960 Arena (55 minutes, 7 players) and then NO Chess960 for most of the rest of the day.
These tournaments are probably cannibalizing players from one another who would otherwise play in all three if they started/finished at different times.
How about spreading the Chess960 tournaments out? You don't have three Shield tournaments (for example) running simultaneously

just to note that the Fischer Random Chess Liga Team Battle (12 hours, 180 teams) 960 team battle is nothing to do with the official 960 organisers but is organised by someone else entirely, so you can't really complain about that

Anyone who's running one of these tournaments can see when the others are starting. It would be nice if there was some coordination so that the various Chess960 tournaments get spread out to a greater degree, making it possible for greater participation.

In addition to that there was an 25 minute Lichess arena chess 960 tournament with a time control of 3/0 yesterday. That isn't long enough to get any games in.

As @QueenRosieMary mentioned, two teams are distinct and independent from each other. It is hard to avoid overlapping the 12 hour team battles, which are run daily by the other team you mentioned. Additionally, Team Lichess Chess960 is running tournaments almost every hour, when there is no tournament by Lichess itself (You can see the schedule on teams page), which makes it impossible for other teams to overlap with those. However, these tournaments offer different time controls and formats, allowing players to choose what they prefer most. The primary goal is to provide as many opportunities as possible to play Chess960, so where it is played matters less.
@yojoey Thanks for pointing out. Initially there were 90 minutes 10+2 Tournaments followed by 25 minutes ones to fill the gap. The tournament schedule now has been updated, they are now replaced with 5+3 with 2 hours of duration. Also there are two rapid tournaments (10+0) per day now.
