@AB64 Because some bots are so unpredictable that their ratings fluctuate a lot, and they get flagged for sandbagging.
For example, randommoverbot got flagged for that.

Manipulation of rating is main case ,am I right ? BUT how can a bot so this ,they are artificial ,not human , how a computer engine can sandbags ??

@AB64 It doesn't try to do it. This is what happened. Randommoverbot(RMB), has a rating around 600-700. Someone, just for fun, gets on and tries to lose to it, to see if it is even possible. They lose, and RMB's rating goes way up. Then someone else plays it and it goes way down again.
