"wherever you go, there you are"-Buckaroo Banzai across the 8th dimension Don't know if its my favorite line, but it may very well be the most insightful movie quote I have ever heard. It's either that or the Remington bolt-action rifle line from Mean Girls.
"I'm mad as hell and I'm not gonna take it anymore" "I'll be back" "That's no ordinary rabbit" "Been down so long...it looks like up to me" "We don't need no stinking badges" :]
I guess a lot of people think Notting Hill (the film) is a bit cheesy and just a vehicle for Hugh Grant and/or Julia Roberts. However that as may be it is still a good 'chick flick' type film and of course for someone like me who spent almost every Saturday (morning) trolling the antiques market, it brings back a lot of happy memories.
@chessspy1 Unfortunately, Notting Hill does not appear on the complete list of good Chick-Flicks. I have attached said list below, in order that you may avoid such embarrassing mistakes in the future.
List of "Good Chick-Flicks": -Legally Blonde (2001) -Miss Congeniality (2000) -Suspiria (1977) -Girlfriend from Hell (Have 0 idea when this came out)
@clousems My goodness! You are right! A rare occurrence indeed. I should have said, Rom-com of course. My only excuse is that I have such fond memories of those years that my brain goes foggy whenever I remember.
