You asked in the title what 2 additional languages I would like to speak fluently. I suggested you French. Why only French? It's in the top 10 most spoken language, it sharpens your prononciation and is very hilarious for an English speaker to read (try "bonbon","grenouille","tartiflette").
If you want my personal opinion, perhaps Spanish and Japanese but I'm too lazy to actually learn them.
