I thought you were Vietnamese... but yeah, Đại_Việt is also gone, but I like modern Vietnam too.
As a Chinese, I'm happy my (most recent) empire (Qing) is gone because people (especially Han women) were treated very brutally with the foot binding stuff (actually disgusting, so don't search images) and opium and ultraconservative government.
