"Water-only fasting" is just a pseudo-scientific way of saying "starving your stupid self to death".
1.5 hours of video is a bit long...
Is this something close to the practice of Paul Bragg?

@obladie Well, I thought so too. But one vacation I went to this place, where I did 10-day only honey-water fast. It's not that hard. It was tough for the first 3 days, but after that, it was bearable. It sorta felt good too.
But yeah, JUST water without anything else does feel rather harsh.

Ok
Quadruple that time
And no honey

Fasting is based on your religion, on what I have heard over my 12 years of life. Me, I do not worship God or any gods. Take the ancient Greeks, for example. They used to do some pretty crazy sacrifices for their gods. So some people water fast, some people don't. I personally think, with no offense to anyone, that water fasting is unhealthy. But if you believe it will bring you happiness later, or whateva, do what you want.
It's easy to fast just eat something that will give you an amazing amount of food poisoning then you won't dare eat for days and spend all your time on the toilet squeezing out Hershey squirts swearing off food forever
