Songs you haven't heard in a long time

I'm old-fashioned and listen to music on the radio for hours every day. Yesterday, after several years, I heard the following song again and was happy about it, because I thought it was remarkable even back in the late 80s.

The minimalist instrumentation with the synthesizers common at the time, the monotonous rhythm, the "father's" spoken vocals, and the "son's" distinctive parts are simply brilliant.

Karel Fialka - Hey Matthew
Ben Folds Five - Brick

You counted correctly: There aren't five, just three!
According to Folds, the often confusing band name stems from the fact that "Ben Folds Five" simply sounds better than "Ben Folds Three".

by this i remember you must listen a song of same name from movie CID , singer(mohmmad rafi and Geeta Dutt).
Exactly two years ago, I linked this video to someone I follow here on lichess as a comment on one of his blogs.
((@george_mcgeorge, I hope you're well.))

Sia has always interpreted the last part of this song differently in her live performances – here it sounds calm and harmonious.
The fantastic interplay between cello and grand piano is also delightful.

Sia - Breathe Me

Offhard (and I'll skip lots of songs that deserved to die),
All ABBA of course. The Stones song 'Heartbreaker' was on the radio every day for 2 years when it came out. I haven't heard it for 20 years since.
The song ''All the young dudes'' was a huge hit [and is still good] but doesnt get play.
Paul Hardcastle - 19

In 1985, this song was a huge hit in every club. None of us understood the lyrics, but the sound was new and simply amazing.
It wasn't until much later that I understood what it was all about.
