Okay, so first we prepare the wood, it's key to make sure their is ventilation for the fire, then, we decide the seasoning, I reccomend a nice memphis style rub, then we aquire the meat (you) and prepare (you) perhaps with some nice oils, the n we put you on the grill. Typical time is 6 hours. Then enjoy! you have been roasted.
