Pizza for sure!
If hamburgers or pizzas were to be extinguished from meals, I would choose to keep pizzas.
If these were my choices at a baseball game, I'll go pizza, pepperoni and banana peppers.
Today, it's gonna be Roman Pizza! Dough fermented for 72 hours.

My sister's family enjoyed the result. I was testing Caputo Saccorosso Tipo 00. Great flour for slow fermentation.
Next test will be 4 days of fermentation.
I will also test Manitoba Tipo 0 and next a mix of both.
