what was first there the cereal or milk?
If you eat it in a bowl with milk, the typical method, I suppose you could consider it a soup; otherwise, it would not fit any of the typical qualifications of a soup.
Can a fluid alone be a soup? No.
Can a solid object be a soup? No .
Is a fluid+solid object a soup? No.
Is a cooked fluid+solid object+intended to consume a soup? Yes.
Is cerial cooked? No.

Is cerial a soup? No. Exept for when it is.
It is indeed soup, a liquid consumed from a bowl is soup, from a glass or a bottle it's a drink.
This is the world's strangest question
Blu ble blee fil flop bluh blah fil floop? xxx
