My IP got blacklisted. And I don't know what I did…

Just an hour ago I noticed that my IP hot blacklisted. I literally did nothing. I am not sure what happened at all.

I started to play at here around one week or two, after watching Queen's Gambit tbh. I learned chess when I was a kid and this show made me so excited so I picked up to play it again. I have been intensively played here last week. Basically what I did just rapid 10 minutes match and solve some puzzles. That's it. So quite confused what I did to made my IP banned.

I found this website very useful to utilize AI tools to analyze the game afterwards. I used them frequently but I swear I never use them during any match. So definitely cheating shouldn't be the reason I got banned.

The only another time I can recall is, I had some conversations with my opponent player. He/she gave a really bad move and asked me a takeback and I approved. I offer a draw later. He/she asked is that possible and I replied yes if you make mistakes. And That's it. If this is why I got banned, then the ToS is really brutal and I don't think I can chat anything later.

Another weird thing is that my IP got banned but my account is not. I can still play using iPad. I am using public Internet So is it possible that someone else using the shared Internet violated to ToS and I got blocked?

Can someone help me on this? I just need an answer. Thank you

Huge centipawn loss difference. could be a reason for lichess thinking that you are cheating. Of course, you can appeal for no cheating. :D
the first game looks very fishy... 17...Rg2 wouldn't be the first thing I would play, in fact i would probably miss it entirely.
and I was also lookign at the game, seeing how much time you used for each move... you used on average about 2-4 seconds on simple recaptures. Either you are self-reporting what you did or you really haven't cheated at all. I'm just saying, it looks kinda fishy
Maybe because I am at 1500 level? I am not gm. I just need time to think. Come on
@Lagu_0328 it could be because of the Public internet you were using? And Lichess algorithm banned that IP for some reason. Doesn't look like it had anything to do with you or your account.

#2 What gives you the impression that Lichess thought the user was cheating? His public IP was flagged, but not his account.
#3 Nor is it the move I would have made B*g2 instead.
#4 Nothing fishy to me in those games. I also often use several seconds on simple recaptures.
I understand you play a lot of bullet games, which explains why seconds matters a lot to you, but this was a rapid game.
#6 yes correct. Always contact Lichess for any kind of appeal and not the forums.
Ok they lifted the ban. They said it just was an accident
Hey Lagu, the first game of yours in #2 was played by grecco, the 17 CE strongest player. He literally founded Queen's Gambit. But however, i have never seen that move in any of his games. I hope you are not lying.
